We are unable to accept returns. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Because each piece is made in-house in our studio, please allow 12–14 business days for your order to be produced and delivered.
We work quickly to ship orders as soon as they’re ready. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking and next steps. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in the US and globally in the Dominican Republic. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
